Has Mainland Europe investment activity peaked?

Following another record year for commercial property investment in continental Europe in 2017, we expect investment activity to fall back this year. What’s more, with high interest rates and slower economic growth further ahead, we think that this will mean that 2017 marked the peak for investment volumes in this cycle.
