Strong growth in London office-based jobs at the end of last year point to a decent pick up in office rental value growth in central London in the first quarter of 2019. However, with office-based employment likely to slow, we do not expect rental value growth for central London offices this year to be that much different to its end-2018 pace of 0.6% y/y.
