IPF Consensus Forecasts

The IPF Consensus have revised up their forecast for capital value growth. As a result, the outlook for total returns in 2018 has been pushed higher. Beyond the next few months, however, the Consensus forecasts echo our view that the UK commercial property market will not suffer a hard landing.
