CIPS/Markit Construction PMI (Jul.)

Today’s CIPS/Markit Construction PMI suggests that there was further improvement in commercial construction activity in July. However, given the volatility of the series we are wary of concluding that this marks a decisive change in developers’ confidence in the occupier market outlook.
