CIPS/Markit Construction PMI (Sep.)

Today’s PMI suggested that commercial property construction accelerated sharply in September, pointing to continued confidence on the part of developers about the prospects for occupier demand. However, this may yet prove to be a blip in a weaker trend and we remain cautious about the strength of any rental recovery.
