CIPS/Markit Construction PMI (Oct. 13)

The CIPS/Markit construction PMI suggests that confidence in the prospects for commercial property occupier demand is now firmly entrenched. IPD all-property rental values have already shown signs of a recovery in the past few months and today's data support our view that rental gains will accelerate into 2014.
